I do initial cleanings in the spring (or whenever you need it) I can open in the spring as well as close for the winter and in-between, I can clean on whatever schedule you like.

I've seen and addressed many cleaning issues that seem to be specific to Cape Cod's unique environment. I know what to expect in which season (from mold to pine pollen to certain types of insects) and I'm well qualified to deal with pretty much all of it.

move out/move in
I enjoy cleaning homes between owners and/or tenants. Realtors advise sellers to leave houses “broom clean” when they move out, but unless the newcomers are planning to re-model, “broom clean” just doesn't cut it. When you move into a new place, you want the bathrooms sanitized, the kitchen cupboards ready to be packed into, the fridge and stove immaculate, baseboards and woodwork clean.... I can make your new place (or the one you are leaving) “ready to use”.

one-time
I love regular, repeat cleanings, but not everyone needs that, so I can clean before or after an important event.

à la carte
Focused and precise! I offer a variety of cleaning tasks that fall outside the scope of “regular cleaning” that we can do in addition to your regular service, or that we can do in a separate visit. Things such as, de-web and vacuum a cellar or garage, clean exterior doors, doorways and overhangs.... or just detail a bathroom or kitchen...you make the list; I can do it!
